Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporters Bill Glauber and Molly Beck took to Reddit on Nov. 4, declaring “AMA!” That means “ask me anything.”
So we decided to ask them a series of questions about the newspaper’s biased coverage on paroles and crime. We tossed in one on the state attorney general’s race. Guess what happened:
They didn’t answer.
We were banned from the subreddit for asking the questions.
“We are State Capitol Reporter Molly Beck and Wisconsin Politics Reporter Bill Glauber of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. AMA!” they declared.
“As we get ready for Election Day in Wisconson, join us as we talk more about the Wisconsin governor’s race between Tony Evers and Tim Michels and the Senate Race between Mandela Barnes and Ron Johnson and what the outcome of the races mean for our state and beyond. We’re here to answer all your Wisconsin election questions!”
Instead of “ask me anything,” they apparently really meant, “ask us anything except questions that expose our bias.”
