So, Biden’s $6 billion given to the mullahs of Iran paid off – for them. A deal made on Sept. 11 of all dates. Biden has no shame.
If Biden had held off on releasing those funds, it is highly probable that Hamas (funded in part by Iran) would have either held off on the attack until the money came through or at least had they attacked anyway, they would have been denied the $6 billion.
That $6 billion now cost the lives of at least 22 Americans and thousands of Israeli casualties (dead or injured). Was it worth the trade-off? The idiots in the White House never seem to understand that negotiating with terrorists or buying off kidnappers never, ever, never pays off long-term – because it leads to more terror and more kidnappings.
Then there is the date of the attack; the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur War (or Arab-Israeli War) of 1973. (The 1973 war was on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar as I understand it. That would be like launching a war on the U.S. on Christmas day.)
In other words, this was highly predictable.
Where was our CIA on this? What about Israeli intelligence? How many times does the CIA have to screw up before we just shut down the agency? If they can’t read the tea leaves, what are they being paid for? This isn’t rocket science; they can follow the money or follow the flow of arms or follow internet or other communication traffic or they can have a field operative inform them, but either way, the CIA seems useless if they can’t predict that something big could happen on the 50th anniversary of the Arab-Israeli War.
America controls most of the tech companies in the world – Facebook, Twitter or X, Google, etc. Don’t tell me that with all our tech snooping we can’t see what those guys over there are saying.
And, of course, it goes without saying, that Hamas and their co-conspirators in Iran probably would not have launched their attack if they were afraid of our president, but they know Biden won’t do anything. We’re broke, and Biden is not mentally all there, and no one knows who is really running this country. First, the fiasco in Afghanistan, then Ukraine, now a war in the Middle East, and soon China and Taiwan. How bad does it have to get before the morons in the White House get the message?
What we need, fast, is a strong president, and an unpredictable one. Someone who scares the crap out of our enemies – so that they won’t do anything stupid. But of course, we’ll have to wait 15 months for that – assuming the American people choose someone other than Biden, and there’s no assurance of that. One-third of Americans will vote for Satan if the Democrats put him up as their nominee.
At what point do Americans demand change? Or do they really want chaos? And World War 3.0. And by the way, what creates more environmental damage than anything else? War.
