If you want Trump to win… stop talking about Joe Biden.
Let me remind conservatives all over our great country – shut the hell up about Biden and his condition – until after the Democrat convention.
I watched some of Thursday’s evening press conference (not all), and I was impressed with Biden’s performance. He was coherent and held it together. He also spouted out a lot of facts from memory. (Maybe whatever drugs he could be on should be offered to the rest of society!)
Don’t forget, every public speaker makes mistakes while speaking in public, like saying the wrong word. Bright lights shining in his eyes, etc. I remember when I ran for the U.S. Senate; I couldn’t see the audience because the lights were so bright and so hot. I was sweating. On top of that, since I’m dyslexic, it was really easy to say the wrong word.
Meanwhile, Karl Rove said in the Wall Street Journal Thursday morning that “…Biden should exit the race.” That’s just wrong. If you want Trump to win, all Republicans need to stop talking about this for another few weeks. (Would you kick your grandpa when he’s having a ‘moment’? Of course not.)
Biden will hang himself between now and the election. The last thing Republicans should want is for Biden to step down.
As a reminder to conservatives, Democrats don’t use democracy to choose their nominee. The first ballot of their convention delegates is one man, err, one person, one vote, but after that, all bets are off. The Democrats invented what they call super delegates. That’s where roughly about 15% of the delegates are unpledged and get to cast their votes for whomever they want, regardless of how primary voters cast their ballots in various states.
According to Ballotpedia, in the event of a contested convention where voting goes “to a second ballot or more, automatic delegates—commonly referred to as superdelegates—are able to vote and a candidate must receive majority support from all delegates—2,258 votes. Previously, superdelegates were able to vote on the first ballot.”
Ballotpedia added that superdelegates “include members of the Democratic National Committee, Democratic members of Congress, Democratic governors, or distinguished party leaders, including former presidents and vice presidents. They are free to support any presidential candidate of their choosing.”
However, I predict that the first-round ballot will put Biden over the top, but it’s worth remembering that Democrats don’t play by the rules. They want the elites to have super-sized votes so that the common party members can be ignored.
Also remember – Attention American People – even if the Democrats change out the nominee, a different nominee = same old crappy lefty policies. Nothing changes even if the nominee changes. It’s the policies, not the politicians. Yes, the leadership usually sets the policies, but not with the Democrats. The elites in the Democrat party, i.e. the leftists/Marxists, determine the policies and the head of the party is just more of a figurehead. That’s why they don’t care who is their nominee; they just want anyone who can win, because they can force their policies down on that person.
The American people should be well to remember that – that a change in nominee does not mean a change in the policies that lead to Dem-flation, wars, higher energy prices, more regulation, and all the other problems that our country has been suffering from. Vote for the policies. Do you want to continue the current policies or bring in new policies and turn the country around?
