Judges vs. Trump [Up Against the Wall]

Frederick Walls Trump Holds Cash Special Counsel Jack Smith Iowa Victory for Trump Remove Trump From Primary Ballot

I’m so sick of these judges … I agree that the U.S. supreme court has the final say on legislation or issues regarding the constitution, because that’s what the constitution says.

Checks and balances in government. What I don’t agree with is the Dems court shopping, hand picking judges for their cases, and then these lower court judges making decisions to void (or veto) the president’s executive authority. In my humble opinion, the lower courts to not have the right to veto the president’s decisions – especially when there are political motivations involved in many cases.

If a lower court can veto the president’s decisions, then they have reversed the outcome of the election; it’s election interference – both by the courts and by the Dems who bring the lawsuits.

We need to start screaming this from the roof tops.

Government is not a one-way street where hiring can only go up and regulations and taxes can only increase. Each newly elected president and Congress has the constitutional right to reverse all the laws passed, all the regulations put into place from the prior administration. That’s a foundational principal of the constitution. Certainly the left and Biden exercised that right when they immediately reversed all Trump’s executive order and rules upon taking office.

But the judges ruling against Trump seem to think that they have greater power than the executive branch president and greater power than the people’s choice. What is the point of holding elections if all decisions in the country are going to be made by judges, and governors and presidents hold no power, because all a single Marxist has to to is find a leftist judge and reverse whatever a conservative executive or legislature passes into law. Then, there is no democracy.

Think of the utter, sheer stupidity of a judge who orders the Trump administration to turn around a plane in the air that is carrying illegal immigrants back to their home country. First, these are allegedly violent criminals and such an order is highly dangerous since planes and pilots have to file a flight plan in advance and they are not allowed to deviate from the flight plan. Ordering a plan to turn around jeopardizes all the passengers as well as other planes in the air. Second, this moronic judge doesn’t seem to understand that planes hold only enough fuel to get to their intended destination with a small reserve. A plane cannot just ‘turn around’ and fly back to its point of origin, because it would run out of fuel and fall out of the sky!

Third, if the plane left U.S. airspace, it’s no longer in this country and not subject to the court’s jurisdiction. Fourth, the judge must know or be a total idiot not to realize that any order he issues will take time to implement through the gigantic bureaucracy that the federal government has become. It’s not like Trump is sitting around waiting for this judge’s decision. Trump is busy trying to prevent WWIII by meeting with Zelensky and Putin and a bunch of other players. Any judicial order would have to work its way through the agencies, through the White House, etc. etc. before reaching the president, when he has time, before it could even be considered. And the administration gets to appeal the order also, which means the order would automatically be put on hold (as I understand it when I asked a lawyer).

So this whole brew-ha-ha is just a farce.

And since when is it that the executive in charge of the executive branch has to run his decisions, including firing decisions, by a judge? If judges get to suspend every firing or lay off or reduction in federal work force, start buying gold, because the country is going to go broke.

Automated Vehicles

I don’t like the idea of automated vehicles. Why? Because they don’t work, and can’t work, in winter or in rain. Ever notice that your cruise control refuses to work many times in rain and for those of us in northern climates, (still waiting for global warming up here, BTW), the sensors become clogged and covered with ice and snow in winter. When that happens, the auto pilot doesn’t work.

But lucky for us, when that happens we can just take over manual driving, but in a driverless vehicle, there’s no one to take over. Also, sensors can fail. Any captain of a boat with radar knows that rain alters the radar screen and it becomes very difficult to impossible to use radar in a moderate to heavy rain. It takes a trained eye to interpret radar, but don’t rely on it to drive the boat in heavy weather.
