President Donald Trump announced on November 30 that he is nominating Kash Patel as FBI director. This is an epic appointment.
Patel is a former DOJ terrorism prosecutor, “Russia, Russia, Russia” critic and memo author, deep state warrior, Trump loyalist, and definitely NOT business as usual.
“I am proud to announce that Kashyap ‘Kash’ Patel will serve as the next Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” Trump wrote on November 30.
“Kash is a brilliant lawyer, investigator, and ‘America First’ fighter who has spent his career exposing corruption, defending Justice, and protecting the American People. He played a pivotal role in uncovering the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, standing as an advocate for truth, accountability, and the Constitution.”
Trump is playing for keeps.
Here are 12 Kash Patel quotes that underscore that point.
Kash Patel Quotes
- “[T]he FBI has become so thoroughly compromised that it will remain a threat to the people unless drastic measures are taken.” [The Economic Times]
2. “We’re going to come after the people in the media who lied about American citizens who helped Joe Biden rig presidential elections. We’re going to come after you, whether it’s criminally or civilly. We’ll figure that out. But yeah, we’re putting you all on notice.” [Steve Bannon show.]
3. “The biggest problem the FBI has had, has come out of its intel shops. I’d break that component out of it. I’d shut down the FBI Hoover building on day one and reopen it the next day as a museum of the deep state.” [The Shawn Ryan show]
4. “I’d take the 7,000 employees that work in that building and send them across America to chase down criminals. Go be cops. You’re cops. Go be cops.” [The Shawn Ryan show]
5. “I regularly used to tell people that the fastest way to move up in the government is to just screw up, and the bigger the screwup, the bigger the promotion. Every person implicated in your mistakes has an interest in covering up what they did, so they will promote you. That means the people at the very top are usually the most immoral, unethical people in the entire agency.” [Kash Patel in his book, “Government Gangsters”]
6. Government gangsters “spread disinformation, spurn fairness, or even violate their oaths of office for political and personal gain, all at the expense of equal justice and American national security. Within the government, they operate at the highest levels of almost every agency, from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to the intelligence community to the Department of Defense (DoD). In many ways, this bureaucratic wing of the Deep State is the most dangerous.” [Kash Patel book]
7. Patel called the Democrat-fueled New York prosecution of Trump an “unconstitutional circus.” [Telegraph India]
8. “Brown Lives Matter. These gangsters are on notice.” [Business Insider. Note – Patel is the son of Indian immigrants.]
9. “Those specific prosecutors, and division[s] within the department, that selectively apply the law should be removed and brought to heel.” [Patel in his book, referring to Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden not being charged, but Bannon facing charges.]
10. “It’s not an act of vengeance. They have had the opportunity to recant, and all 51 of them have doubled-down, and tripled-down. So pull them. I think he will.” [Patel arguing Trump should revoke the security clearances of the 51 intelligence officials who falsely said that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian misinformation.]
11. “Get out all the remaining documents that were blocked.” [Patel referring to documents such as those involving the discredited Russia investigation into Trump.] He added, “He’s going to come in there and maybe give them the Epstein list, and maybe the P. Diddy list.”
“These documents, particularly those linked to Epstein and Diddy, could shed light on matters the American people deserve to understand,” he also said. “It’s time to clear the air and reveal who’s been involved in covering up the truth.”
12. “We’re blessed by God to have Donald Trump be our juggernaut of justice, to be our leader, to be our continued warrior in the arena.” [Patel at CPAC.]
