If you were to define success as catering to the fringe whims of the far-left and putting our children’s future in harm’s way, Kamala Harris would be the most accomplished politician in American history.
For the last three years, Kamala has acted as the behind-the-scenes enabler for the radical Democrat mob, making our country weak and dangerous. Through the disastrous Biden administration, Kamala helped waste our nation’s money, open our border to criminals, and stood idly by as an unprecedented drug epidemic ravages our communities.
Under the Biden-Harris administration, Wisconsinites have experienced soaring home prices and record-breaking electricity and gas prices. With prices having risen 19.9 percent since Biden and Harris took office, the average Wisconsin household is losing over $970 a month. As a hard-working mother, it is tough to make ends meet.
On top of inflation and sky-high prices, our neighborhoods are seeing more crime. Faced with soaring crime because of Democrats’ pro-criminal policies, Wisconsinites are being forced to worry more about our children and their safety.
Consider this: in 2022, Milwaukee experienced the largest increase in shootings in the country and had a higher homicide rate than New York and Chicago. How have Wisconsin Democrats responded? They’ve doubled down on the very same soft-on-crime policies that got us in this disaster in the first place, including voting against legislation that would allow a judge to make bail decisions based on a defendant’s criminal past and their likelihood to re-offend.
Wisconsin Democrats’ pro-criminal, anti-police policies are so horrific that we are witnessing an “unprecedented” police shortage. In fact, in 2023, the number of officers in Wisconsin fell to 13,000– the lowest since the Wisconsin Department of Justice began tracking police staffing in 2008.
The lawlessness and breakdown of civil society that Kamala and Democrats are spearheading extends far outside of Wisconsin, too. Nearly 10 million illegal immigrants have entered our country since Kamala and Biden took office. That is almost nine times the combined population of Wisconsin’s five largest cities: Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Kenosha, and Racine.
Kamala, who has been called Biden’s “border czar” by major news outlets after being tasked with leading efforts to solve the root causes of illegal immigration, has helped lead an administration that opened our border to violent gangsters and suspected terrorists, and allowed drugs to pour into our nation. We are witnessing a drug epidemic on a scale never seen before; we’ve lost more Americans to drugs in the last four years than we lost in World War II.
Times are tough, and as a mother, I am genuinely concerned for my children’s future. But this week, as Kamala Harris visits Wisconsin, I extend not my anger and scorn but my prayers and newfound optimism.
I was touched by President Trump and Senator JD Vance’s unifying message at last week’s Republican National Convention right here in Milwaukee. With God as their witness, President Trump and Senator Vance delivered invigorating speeches calling on Americans to unite for a better future for our children and grandchildren.
President Trump and Senator Vance’s calls for unity and hope are a hard pill to swallow as our nation seems to slip further and further into decline, but we must be strong. This November, we face a vital decision that will determine the fate of our country and our children’s future. We must unite for the greater good.
For the last three and a half years, we have watched Democrats unleash havoc on our nation. Electing President Trump and Senator Vance is now our only hope in reversing the damage done to our country. The urgency for change has never been more apparent.
After being shot in the ear, President Trump took the RNC stage and addressed our nation. Brave, passionate, and resolute, President Trump said, “With great humility, I am asking you to be excited about the future of our country.”
President Trump didn’t take that time to air grievances but rather to deliver a message of hope. President Trump passionately expressed his ultimate love of God, family, and America. His speech profoundly resonated with me and made me realize that these notions harmoniously create a perfect union.
Love of one’s country is an extension of love of one’s family, and love of one’s family is an extension of one’s love of God. As children of God, we must support and defend our nation.
Wisconsinites, please listen to me. This upcoming election isn’t about red or blue. It isn’t about Republicans or Democrats. This election is a crucial opportunity to choose prosperity over degradation, truth over lies, and right over wrong. Your vote matters more than ever.
Today, I hope you join me in praying for the soul of our nation. We can no longer stand by as it declines. We must be courageous in the face of evil, strong in our convictions, and unwavering in our fight for truth and freedom.
